Average Removal Costs Based on Size of the Property

•    Average removals costs for 1-bedroom property 
local move £250/ distance move £350-£500 (up to 200 miles away).

​

•    Average Removals Costs for 2-bedroom Property
local move £350/ distance move £450-£600 (up to 200 miles away).

​

•    Average Removals Costs for 3-bedroom Property
local move £550/ distance move £750-£900 (up to 200 miles away).

​

•    Average Removals Costs 4-bedroom Property
local move £750-£1000/ distance move £1110-£1500 (up to 200 miles away).

​

•    Average Removals Costs for 5+ Bedroom Property
local move £850- £1200/ distance move £1500- £2000 (up to 200 miles away).

•    Long-distance Removals Cost

If the move is to a destination more than 200 miles away than the average distance, travelled across London,  additional £2 per mile  are added to the price.

​

Small van with 2 men £50/h (friday-saturday-sunday £60/h)

Small van with 3 men £60/h (friday saturday sunday £70/h)

Luton van with 2 men £70/h (friday-saturday-sunday £80/h)

Luton van with 3 men £80/h (friday-saturday-sunday £90/h)

Minimum time per appointment is 2 hours (£100).

​For all jobs that require 3 men, the minimum charge is 3 hours.

After the second hour, we will charge on a half-hour basis.

Our prices take effect when the movers start doing their job at the destination address.

If the movers arrive earlier at the address, they will wait until the time of appointment that was previously arranged with us without any additional charges.

Christine Fast Services has a public and employer’s liability insurance. We have a ‘Goods In transit’ insurance policy – in our hands, your goods are covered up to £50 000

Packing Service £20/h

No minimum price for packing service if combined with a removals service.

Boxes and packing materials are available upon request.

Furniture Assembly Rates £27/h

*Minimum time per appointment is 2 hours. After the second hour, we will charge on a half-hour basis

*Free furniture dismantle and assembly as part of the service.

Storage Service Rates £25/week

250 cubic feet container

*The minimum period for our storage service is 1 week.
